Shipping policy

We currently ship within the continental United States.

We strive to fulfill all orders within 3 business days. Once picked up by the carrier, please allow up to 3-5 business days for delivery. At times, we may experience spikes in volume that lead to increased fulfillment times. We appreciate your patience and are always one email away! 

For any order or address changes, email hello@drinkchaqi.com within 4 hours of placing your order. Our team will try our best to accommodate all requests. If we have already shipped your order, we are unable to make any changes and you will be responsible for contacting the carrier to re-route the shipment.
