Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

We currently ship within the continental United States.

We strive to fulfill all orders within 3 business days. Once your order is picked up by the carrier, please allow 3–5 business days for delivery. At times we may experience spikes in volume that lead to increased fulfillment times. We appreciate your patience, and we're always one email away.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Order and address changes

For any order or address changes, email hello@drinkchaqi.com within 4 hours of placing your order. Our team will try our best to accommodate all requests. If we have already shipped your order, we are unable to make changes, and you will be responsible for contacting the carrier to re-route the shipment.

Warm weather

Chaqi is shelf-stable and ships unrefrigerated. During hot months, cans may arrive warm. This is normal and doesn't affect the product — just chill before drinking.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, email hello@drinkchaqi.com within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date). Photos are always welcome and help us resolve things faster. We'll work with you to make it right.

Returns & refunds

At this time, Chaqi does not accept returns or exchanges. Because we sell a food product, we're unable to resell or restock returned items.

That said, if something isn't right, we want to know.

Damaged or incomplete orders

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us at hello@drinkchaqi.com within 7 days of delivery. Photos are always welcome and help us best address your concerns. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Incorrect orders

If we sent you the wrong item, we'll fix it at no additional cost to you.

Quality concerns

If you have any concerns about the quality of your order, please reach out. We review every situation individually, because your experience matters to us.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
