We currently ship within the continental United States.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Shipping policies should clearly communicate processing times and delivery expectations to customers.

Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please email us at hello@drinkchaqi.com within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date).
